“This is a medium-bodied Provençal rose from the coastal village of Cassis. It offers notes of melon and red berries balanced by a nice salinity. I love it on its own or paired with grilled seafood or raw shellfish. I like how it doesn’t taste like all of the generic Provence rosé out there. It is layered enough to impress a group of wine lovers but quaffable enough for a warm-weather picnic.”
