Join Creator and Executive Producer, Peter DuBois (Ben's husband) & Executive Producer Jessica Alpert (known for The Turning: The Sisters Who Left, Welcome to Province Town, Queen of Hearts, Modern Love and Circle Round to name a few) to learn about their efforts to raise $225,000 to complete their fascinating and essential new podcast.
The Bathhouse, a documentary podcast series, celebrates the gay 70's in NYC! This "Golden Age" in New York's gay history is often overlooked, tucked between the headline historical events of Stonewall and AIDS. The project seeks to remedy that, revealing the gay 70's as a time of cultural explosion, joyful community building and rambunctious fighting with City Hall.
Through first hand interviews, The Bathhouse Podcast tells the largely untold story of the legendary Continental Baths at the Ansonia Hotel, the gay bathhouse at the epi-center of NYC cultural life - part-cabaret, part-disco, part-hotel. Where Bette Midler's career was born, the disco era first took root and a modern gay identity was born.
AK is back again with another class on minimal intervention winemaking. This class is for the orange wine lover, the experimental drinker, and the terroir-obsessed. AK will walk you through 7 of his favorite wines (with varying degrees of skin contact), and you'll leave with a true appreciation for minimal intervention winemaking.
Georgia Sugerman is back by popular demand! She'll lead us through 7 wines from Argentina--believe it or not, there's more to the region than Malbec from Mendoza.
