Order Pickup & Unclaimed Orders Policy

Order Pickup

Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup.
Orders must be picked up during regular business hours at the selected store location.
A valid government-issued ID (21+) is required at pickup.
The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
We reserve the right to request the credit card used for purchase at pickup.

 

Pickup Timeframe

Orders will be held for 60 days from the date the order is marked ready for pickup.
During this time, customers may pick up the order, arrange for local delivery (if available), or request shipment (where legally permitted).

 

Unclaimed Orders (After 60 Days)

Orders not claimed within 60 days may be considered abandoned at our discretion.
Abandoned orders will be canceled, and items will be returned to inventory.

 

Refunds & Store Credit

Payment for canceled, unclaimed orders will be issued as store credit only.
No refunds to the original form of payment will be provided.
Store credit does not expire and may be used for future purchases.
