Out of State Shipping Policies
Do you ship out of state?
Wine and spirits shipping laws differ from state to state. If you have a specific question about states we ship to outside of New York, please call our shop during business hours.
Orders will ship via FedEx or UPS ground. Shipments going to states other than New York may take up to 13 business
For orders being shipped outside New York State, title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from Community Wine & Spirits to the buyer in New York State. Therefore, New York State sales tax is applied to your order.
Please report any damaged, missing, or wrong item issues within 72 hours of the delivery. It may not be possible for us to accommodate your request after that time.
Damaged items:
If the package appears to have been tampered with or damaged during transit please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
Upon receiving your order, If you find that an item has been damaged in transit, get in touch with us straight away.

Missing and Incorrect Items:
Upon receiving your order, it's essential to check all items promptly. If you find that an item is missing or you received an incorrect item, get in touch with us straight away.
