Chartreuse Yellow 750ml
$72.00Read moreA spirit that has become harder and harder to find after the monks who make it decided to pray more and make less. Regardless of how much there is, it is a perennial favorite.
Created in 1840, this yellow liqueur is inspired by the Elixir Végétal recipe and it was so popular that Father Garnier (responsible for liqueurs at the time) decided to officially name it Chartreuse Jaune.
This Chartreuse Jaune is sweet, spicy, and gets its natural color from 130 plants, flowers, bark, roots and spices.
The botanicals are ground by the monks in the plant room at the Grande Chartreuse monastery before it is distilled for the aroma. The Chartreuse then ages for a long time in oak casks before being bottled, and continues to evolve and develop its complexity in the bottle.

Chateau de Coulaine, Bonnaventure, Chinon 2022
$32.00Read moreChâteau de Coulaine is a family-owned estate operating continuously since 1300! Since 1988, the Bonnaventure family has run the viticulture and winemaking responsibilities and has grown the estate to its current 22 acres on Chinon’s plateaux. The vineyards are certified organic, all the grapes are hand-harvested, and vinification follows a non-interventionalist path. Coulaine’s low yields (around 35 hl/ha) result in a deeply concentrated, savory, and succulent expression of Cabernet Franc.
This wine is from sandstone and yellow limestone soils that leave rich aromas with blackberry, chocolate, cherry, and wild herbs that show an impressive depth and energy with a little touch of fresh flowers.

Chateau Fonplegade St Emilion GC 2019 750ml
$81.00Read moreA delicious wine that’s beloved by our staff and critics alike. Here’s a bit of what they have to say:
Gorgeous aromatics include cherry, aniseed and menthol freshness, in a medium-bodied palate evoking Burgundian refinement. There is a whiff of oak in the initial, powerful attack, but then the wine broadly coats the palate with violet, plum, cherry and lead pencil aspects, exhibiting fresh notes in its vinous palate. A long finish. Clearly of high calibre.
