The wines that come from the Prudhon family show that value is still alive in well in certain corners of Burgundy. “En Jorcul” is a well-situated lieu-dit sitting on the edge of the appellation of Saint-Aubin No new oak is used making this wine which allows the minerality to take center stage, with a vivid, limestone-drenched nose, and a beautifully harmonious mouthfeel—driven, but not dominated, by vigorous acidity, and with a saliva-inducing interplay of fruit and mineral.
