The Philipponnat Royale Reserve Brut NV is a blend of the big grapes from Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meuiner. The result of the blend and light hand in the cellar make this an elegant and very precise Champagne. It’s fresh with lemony biscuit notes that play off of quince, orchard fruit, and chalky minerality.
