Montinore is a fantastic Oregon estate that goes beyond the biodynamics they helped pioneer in the area. Today they are going as far as working using the tenets of the burgeoning Korean Natural Farming which focuses on microbiota in the soils of the vineyards. There’s a purity to the earthiness that comes through these wines and we love to see a wine with that kind of natural pedigree at this pricepoint.
