The Hugel Gentil is Alsace distilled in a glass. The Gentil wines must have at least 50% of Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, and/or Gewurztraminer with the remainder being either Sylvaner, Chasselas and/or Pinot Blanc all vinified separately. This blend is an equal blend of Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Muscat.
