His small operation makes very interesting expressions—this wine, for example, spends time under flor and develops similarities to a sherry while maintaining its volcanic, earthy freshness. Absolutely fascinating, absolutely delicious. (If you are looking for crisp, easily accessible Listan we’d recommend looking elsewhere as this is a delightful, but full bodied complex, pensive Listan.)

The Cotroneo family has embraced a sustainable approach to viticulture, and the beautiful organic vineyards of Fattoria La Rivolta are nestled among the picturesque and mountainous landscapes of Campania’s Taburno DOC. The wines they produce are delicious.
This is a beautifully delicate wine, with hints of fresh fruit, almond, hazelnut, citrus fruits, herbs, white flowers, and dried flowers. On the palate, this is a full-bodied wine with light fruit and floral notes.
