Salcheto Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2021
$30.00Add to cartA tasty Tuscan wine from a pioneer in transparent farming and environmental stewardship. Salcheto even goes so far to include a carbon calculator on their website. Their sustainable farming and winemaking practices include non-invasive organic and biodynamic growing methods, as well as systematic energy and water conservation.
From their Sangiovese prugnolo Gentile vineyards, where interestingly one bottle comes from one plant. The wine ferments in wood and ages in large and small oak barrels for 18 months before resting at least 6 months in the bottle.

Sono Montenidoli Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2023
$36.00Add to cartA gorgeously savory organic whire that’s a favorite of Olivia. Montenidoli’s estate is in the Tuscan hills between Siena and Florence and they produce distinct wines that have impressed other winemaking luminaries across the world.
Olivia’s pick comes from a producer that we’ve carried before but has recently returned to the shop. That’s right, fan (and staff) favorite Tuscan producer Montenidoli is back (for now). This beautifully textured white wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel but has a bit more skin contact than many white wines, imparting a firmer texture and deeper color. Delicious.
