This is an excellent introduction to Viognier with the tell-tale aromas of apricot, nectarine and floral honeysuckle on the nose. The palate is fleshy and ripe, with excellent acidity. Simply put this is a delicious, mouth-watering Viognier from one of the top producers in the Rhone.

He has been working the single top terroir of Patrimonio, “E Croce,” a site on a thin chalk soil above a thick bedrock of pure schist since 2004. The wines are elegant, and worth exploring.
