Production Method

The wines are unfined and unfiltered. On the palate and nose, Intergalactic dances across a continuum of flowers, stone fruit, and a pithy minerality which keeps the drinker on their toes. I couldn’t have phrased this wine better than Thomas Crowley, the man responsible for introducing us to Intergalactic: “For us, ‘Intergalactic’ is a kaleidoscopic, snazzy, super charming Burgenland white wine—ideal as an introduction to the Renners’ work.”
