This organic pet Nat is technically just an undisgorged Champagne method sparkling wine, but it brings a bit of oomph to the party. The traditional method allows for a more integrated texture than a lot of pet Nat’s, and the way they handle the fruit makes its a delightfully complex drinking experience. Fun all around.
