This Dolcetto is fermented entirely in stainless steel. It’s the only wine in the Colla’s cellar that doesn’t see any oak. The vineyard was planted in 1970, which is exceptionally old for Dolcetto.

It is a fantastic entre into what Dolcetto can be.
