The Doyard wines are serious (and seriously delicious). They are deep and concentrated and always staff favorites in tastings. This wine has just a kiss of color, the palest blush, that mirrors the eye of a partridge for which it’s named.  Made with 75% Pinot Noir from Aÿ Grand Cru and 25% Chardonnay from Avize Grand Cru, it’s incredibly dry (3 g/L residual sugar) and perfect for food pairing.
