An iconoclast in Alsace who cut his teeth in the fields of Burgundy. Unlike many of the AOC Alsatian wines, André Ostertag makes his own rules and follows the terroir and not the grapes prescribed by the local growers association. This wine is one that starts subtly but with time transforms into a delicious and more viscous Pinot Gris.
