Clos Cibonne Cuvee Tradition Tibouren 2022

This is a special Provençal rose from one of the most venerable producers featuring the little known Tibouren grape as the star. And it’s not only unique, it’s delicious. The organic Tibouren comes from vineyards close to the sea in the shadow of the Maures mountains which provide a great backing corridor for wind to keep the grapes healthy. The wine is made in stainless like most rosés but it spends a year in oak foudres aging on the lees under a thin layer of flor which imparts both flavor and texture.
