A Bordeaux with soul. The Château Bardins is both supple and tense, with a velvety Merlot robe pulled snugly over a chiseled structure. It has tannins, but they aren’t mean, it’ll get even better with age. It’s a wine that ultimately is straightforward and enjoyable, but has depth of character and flavor.
