A terroir driven Dolcetto from Dogliani which has some of the greatest Dolcetto vineyards in all of the Piedmont. This is the most important wine of the estate which sources grapes from the top parcels in the best positions. It takes seven years from harvest to release with three full years in large Slavonic oak a follow three + years resting in bottle.
