We suspect this will be gone before anyone gets a chance read this but here’s what we can tell you. 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon, 10% Muscadelle. 1990 was the first vintage this wine was produced and the 2020 is the first vintage with new equipment to more precisely control oxygen levels and temperatures. Fermented in oak (50% new) and aged on the lees for 6 months the Lynch Bages Blanc is one of the most rewarding drinking experiences in white wine.

They are water and energy efficient and have built in pest management. With land preservation as a top priority it’s no surprise that their wines taste alive. This sauvignon blanc wine is full of grapefruit, kiwi, and vanilla aromas that dance over lively acidity. It is a hefty wine that maintains some lightness with the acid. We’d call it crisp, rich, and flavorful.
