The culmination of Convivio del Vino, Tavola di Convivio will be a multi-course gala dinner prepared by an all-star lineup of chefs, including Melissa Rodriguez of Crane Club, Stefano Secchi of Rezdôra & Massara, and Michael White of Santi. In the style of La Paulée, guests are invited to bring Italian wines from their cellars to share alongside those from attending winemakers, adding to the convivial and generous atmosphere in the room.
