A gorgeously savory organic rosé that’s a favorite of our Beverage Director Ben Bohen. Montenidoli’s estate is in the Tuscan hills between Siena and Florence and they produce distinct wines that have impressed other winemaking luminaries across the world.

This rosato is made from Canaiolo (spelled in the Tuscan dialect as Canaiuolo) and is immensely savory. It’s notably stony with accents of herbs like rosemary, a hint of balsamic, and sour cherry fruit.
