The Shafer property has been the site of grape growing since 1880, during Napa Valley’s first go-round as America’s wine country. It’s rumored that the site continued winemaking during prohibition, but it’s a fact that today they are making delicious wines. The One Point Five is the signature Cabernet that blends the Shafer sites but ends up as a lush and plush Cabernet.
