Inspired by their travels to the exotic Mediterranean island of Corsica the Railsback brothers uncovered a new favorite among their extensive knowledge of French white: the exotic and fragrant Vermentinu (aka Vermentino). For their bottling they focused on making a wine a versatile with food as the Corsican examples. It’s aromatic with big white flowers, pink grapefruit, and a distinctive bitter almond finish.
