Super cool wine dry farmed from Satori Springs Vineyard in the NE corner of the Willamette Valley from silt/loam soils. Native yeasts spontaneous femernetation, 20 hours of skin contact, 6 months on the lees with full malo in stainless steel. This wine was lightly fined with bentonite clay.
