Sustainable native grapes blended to express the true terroir of Alto Piemonte. The complexity that comes from this wine is everything you would want from Nebbiolo, but the Croatina and Vespolina bring white pepper, figs, and citrus to the party. This is a wine with the bones to be aged for many years to come, but it’s delicious today. We’d have a hard time waiting.
