The composition of this particular wine is almost equal parts Pinot Grigio (41%), Sauvignon Blanc (41%) and Chardonnay (18%). All grapes were de-stemmed and sealed to macerate and integrate for a couple of weeks. Residual grape matter is ushered into the bottle to add dimension, alluding to the holistic approach of the winemaker. A floral bouquet of jasmine and wildflowers is registered on the nose. On the palate, this wine is reminiscent of lemon curd and peach iced tea, with chewy tannins and a smooth, lasting finish.
