- Exception for Spoiled Wine: If you happen to discover that a bottle of wine is spoiled, we’re here to help. We’ll exchange it for a similar item, ensuring your satisfaction.
Time Frame for Exchanges:
- 30-Day Exchange Window: If you’ve discovered a spoiled bottle of wine, please bring it back to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange.
To Complete an Exchange:
- Proof of Purchase: Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Condition of the Bottle: We ask that the wine bottle is at least half full to confirm the issue.
