Markus Molitor has been producing sparkling wines since 1982 and is one of the pioneers in the tradition of sparkling wine in this region. The grapes for this wine come from a variety of Molitor’s vineyards along the Mosel river. The slate soil imparts minerality and focus to the finished wine.
