For two generations the Plouzeaus have been working to restore the Château de la Bonneliére and its vines to their original glory. The son, Marc, converted the vineyards to fully organic.

The grapes for this wine come from vines that grow on an ancient riverbed and lend a distinct mineral quality to it.
