A delicious Sardinian red made from Cannonau (that’s Sardinian for grenache) that will evolve in the glass and open up with air.  “Centosere” means “a hundred evenings” or a hundred soirées.

It’s light but has depth. It’s big red fruit meets earth. There’s scents of Mediterranean myrtle, like a walk in the woods of Sardinia, a ripe strawberry patch, a sudden gust of wind full of salt from the sea, and a little bit of freshly cracked black pepper.
