Menetou-Salon used to be called “the poor man’s Sancerre” but today it’s worthy of so much more. The wines are elegant and excellent examples of what Sauvignon Blanc can do in the right locations. The wine is precise and highly structured but still hides a richness that unfolds as you drink it.
