Come join us on Friday November 17th for an exploration of gin cocktails with Isolation Proof, a small-batch sustainable producer from just up the road in the Catskills.

We’ll be tasting through their exceptional line up: a classic gin (and one of our staff favorites) and their experimental seasonal offerings including the autumnal mushroom infused gin as well as the up-coming winter gin.

They’ll be partnering with Method Spirits, local makers of stellar vermouths, to explore some of the applications for martinis and Negronis.

Every ticket includes a bottle of the Original Isolation Proof Gin and a bottle of the Method Dry Vermouth so that you can continue your experience at home after the class is over.
