The wines that come from the Prudhon family are the exception and not the rule in Burgundy: they are delicious AND affordable. This wine comes from intensely stony soils and was the first 1er cru to be bottled at the Domaine in the 1980s, so they’ve had a few decades to dial in this delicious wine. The “Perrieres” is an ample wine with formidable complexity.
