Domaine Billaud-Simon has been producing world class Chablis since 1815. The wines are crisp and mineral driven with all of the finesse, purity, and deliciously high acidity you look for in the region. This Chablis is seductive with notes of white peach, citrus, and brioche offset by a rich mineral driven structure. There’s aging potential but it’s so good now it will be hard to lay down.
