Amass Vodka celebrates Nordic distilling tradition and the rich, vibrant history of Scandinavian drinking culture. Master Distiller Morgan McLachlan worked with craft distillers in Copenhagen to develop the unique combination of Marigold, Chamomile, and Lemon before moving production to Central California.

The process begins with botanicals being meticulously distilled to create subtle layers of flowers folded around fresh, hand-grated citrus. The producer uses marigold petals in place of additives to create an elegant spirit with a smooth mouthfeel, suited for a variety of cocktails and seasons.
