A gorgeously savory organic whire that’s a favorite of Olivia. Montenidoli’s estate is in the Tuscan hills between Siena and Florence and they produce distinct wines that have impressed other winemaking luminaries across the world.

Olivia’s pick comes from a producer that we’ve carried before but has recently returned to the shop. That’s right, fan (and staff) favorite Tuscan producer Montenidoli is back (for now). This beautifully textured white wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel but has a bit more skin contact than many white wines, imparting a firmer texture and deeper color. Delicious.
