Setouchi Gin is a Japanese craft gin produced in Kure, Hiroshima Prefecture, by Miyake Honten, a century-old sake brewery. Bright, fresh, and beautifully aromatic, this gin puts Japanese lemon front and center, bringing plenty of lively citrus without overwhelming the palate. Green tea steps in as the perfect partner, adding a subtle earthy character and just enough depth to keep things interesting.
