R. Geoffroy Champagne 1er Cru Brut Rose de Saignee Champagne

Jean-Baptiste Geoffroy, who has 14 hectares in the Vallée de la Marne, is the fifth generation in his family to grow grapes in the region. This wine is made 100% from Pinot Noir all from the 2019 vintage. The grapes remain in contact with the must for 3 to 4 days and the free run juice is bottled. The color is dark but the palate is less juicy than it is vibrant with energy.
