Produttori is a cooperative of grape growers from Barbaresco who collect their grapes together to see them shaped into elegant and ageworthy wines through the expertise of the legendary Aldo Vacca who has been steering the ship at the cooperative for the last 30+ years. The Ovello is fruity and graceful while still maintaining power. After the fruit sets in you’ll realize that this wine has a mineral-driven edge, with firm tannins and vibrant acidity that are helped along by the clay soils.
