Paolo Bea is a singular winemaker who commands an amazing amount of respect from wine drinkers who bristled at the hyper-modernization that was happening around the world in the 90s and 2000s. His wines are deeply traditional. The Santa Chiara is a white wine produced from Grechetto, Malvasia, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Garganega, in approximately equal proportions, planted in the Pagliaro vineyard.
