The first sake made in Mexico, this is a pretty unique meeting of Japanese tradition and Mexican spirit. Born from a genuine love of Japanese culture and crafted in Culiacán, Sinaloa, it respects the traditions of sake-making while bringing a distinctly Mexican heart to the bottle. Pale straw yellow with subtle golden hues, it opens with bright, inviting aromas of green apple, lychee, guava and fresh pear. The palate is slightly sweet and refreshing, but with enough body and richness to keep things interesting, finishing long and smooth. Serve it chilled, around 8°C, preferably in a wine glass, and pair it with ceviche, oysters, fresh salads or soft cheeses—although I wouldn’t exactly object to drinking it on its own. Naturally gluten-free, thanks to its ingredients.
