This 4th generation, organic Albariño specialist is one of our favorite new discoveries and produces delicious, elegant sea and granite influence wines. This expression is seven blended Albariño plots that are vinified separately and aged on the lees with weekly batonnage. The resulting win is beautifully textured and aromatic with an explosive nose of juicy Meyer lemon, zest, and white flowers framed by sea salt. Over a glass or two it will open into more expressive white peaches, juicy apples, and herbs all set over the granitic mineral core.
