Jasz Laci Rising Sun 2024

Jász Laci makes this minimal intervention wine on his small organic estate on Somló, Hungary’s smallest and highly volcanic appellation. "Rising Sun" is the unique field blend of Juhfark, Chardonnay, Olaszrizing and Pátria from Jász Laci’s volcanic vineyard on the eastern slope of Somló hill. The grapes were co-fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel without temperature control. The wine spent 30 days on the skins, and remained on the lees until bottling. Certified organic, unfiltered and unfined, with zero sulfur added.
