Made from Pineau d’Aunis grown in clay and limestone soils, this wine comes from sustainably farmed vineyards with vines ranging from 10 to 35 years old. The grapes are pressed immediately and fermented with indigenous yeast, allowing for a delicate extraction of color and a fresh, vibrant style. The wine spends six months on its fine lees in tank before being filtered and bottled without fining. Bright red berry flavors and lively acidity give it an easygoing, highly food-friendly character that works well for a wide range of occasions.
