His low intervention approach only highlights the quality of the grapes and terroir he is working and emphasizes the maritime influence on the final wine. It’s powerful, elegant, and distinctly saline. A perfect seafood pairing with it’s salty lemon, honeysuckle, and distinctly mineral aromas.
