El Maestro Sierra Pedro Ximenez Sherry

Since 1832 Maestro Sierra has been producing sherry in a somewhat iconoclastic manner. Jose Antonio Sierra was a cooper who decided to start his own small batch production. The higher status houses didn’t like this and tried to shut him down, but quality and value prevailed and are still doing so to this day. This PX was aged in solera for 15 years and is an absolutely delightful value.
