Mineral driven medium bodied red with faint tannic structure and fresh red fruit notes. Raspberry and pomegranate notes taper into a sea air mineral finish. Fermented and aged in concrete tanks for 18 months, this wine is very expressive in the midpalate. 10% of the harvested vines are fermented whole cluster to provide depth of character. This is the sister wine to the white, a proven staff favorite.
