While it’s hard to verify, there’s legend that this vineyard in Navineaux is the first place that Melon de Bourgogne (the grape used to make Muscadet) was found. Regardless, this is a delicious example that’s zesty while still maintaining a core of citrus. The sea salt salinity and deep minerality from the Navineaux soils hold this zippy white together.
